Turkey breast salad with mango carpace

List of Ingredients

  • 200 gr Primor Turkey Breast
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 Pomegranate
  • 1 coffee spoon of mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 50g of arugula

Preparation

  • Cut the Primor Turkey Breast into strips;
  • Cut the tomatoes in quarters;
  • Mix Primor Turkey Breast with arugula and tomato in a bowl;
  • Add the oil with the curry and the mustard and stir with a fork until it becomes a homogeneous sauce;
  • Season the salad with the dressing;
  • Cut the mango into very thin slices;
  • Cover the bottom of a plate with the mango;
  • Place the salad in the center of the mango carpaccio or serve separately;
  • Decorate with pomegranate berries.
