Turkey breast salad with mango carpace
- 200 gr Primor Turkey Breast
- 1 ripe mango
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 Pomegranate
- 1 coffee spoon of mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon curry
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 50g of arugula
- Cut the Primor Turkey Breast into strips;
- Cut the tomatoes in quarters;
- Mix Primor Turkey Breast with arugula and tomato in a bowl;
- Add the oil with the curry and the mustard and stir with a fork until it becomes a homogeneous sauce;
- Season the salad with the dressing;
- Cut the mango into very thin slices;
- Cover the bottom of a plate with the mango;
- Place the salad in the center of the mango carpaccio or serve separately;
- Decorate with pomegranate berries.
