Cooked Ham and Cucumber Triangles
- 100 gr Leg Cooked Ham – Extra Quality
- 4 slices prokorn bread
- 2 tablespoons American cream cheese
- 1 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoons fennel
- 100 gr cucumber
- salt q.s.
- Peel the cucumber leaving some peel.
- Finely laminate the cucumber and season with a little salt.
- Mix the cheese with the mustard and the fennel.
- Assemble sandwiches by placing the cheese, overlapping the Primor Cooked Ham followed by the cucumber.
- Cut into four triangles and place a toothpick in each.
